Barriers to Digital Adoption Report

GIRI commissioned Dr Grant Mills from Bartlett School, UCL to carry out a literature review into reported evidence of the occurrence of barriers to the adoption of future digital engineering technology. This review was carried during Summer 2019 with the final report issued 11 September 2019.

This report contains a consolidated list of the key barriers to wider adoption and has enabled GIRI to understand how they potentially affect error reduction. Next steps are to review potential solutions and provide the industry with advice and guidance to overcome these barriers.
