GIRI is delighted to welcome four new members, bringing the total membership to almost 70 companies and organisations in the construction industry, all working together to eliminate avoidable errors.

Socotec

Socotec provides testing, inspection and compliance services throughout the UK across a range of sectors including infrastructure and construction. Services cover the whole project lifecycle and include site and structural investigations, materials testing and inspection to ensure the compliance and integrity of construction materials and substances, and services for construction demolition, including testing of materials for waste disposal.

Murphy Geospatial

Murphy Geospatial provides critical surveys and data to clients in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries, capturing, collating, verifying, and governing geospatial data to aid decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. The company uses surveying technologies and reality capture techniques to provide deliverables ranging from CAD drawings and 3D models to GIS databases, web pages, and portals.

Harbourview Construction

Harbourview Construction is a family-owned construction company based in Poole, providing construction services across Dorset, Hampshire and the South Coast. The business specialises in residential units, commercial builds, industrial premises, and bespoke luxury homes.

Temporary Works Forum

The Temporary Works Forum is a not-for-profit membership organisation promoting best practice within the UK construction industry. TWF aims to encourage open discussion of any issue related to temporary works and provide authoritative guidance and professional leadership. Its objectives include consideration of both current practice and likely development, and trends and innovations in design, construction, and use.
