October 2019 Members meeting update

• Working with Barwon Water on rework prevention and facilitating Project Leadership Programs for their high risk capital projects under contract

• Working with Alliances on the $14 billion Melbourne Level Crossing Removal Program and some of their continuous improvement initiatives.
