In June, the Get It Right Initiative (GIRI) and the Construction Quality Improvement Collaborative (CQIC) held a joint meeting in Glasgow to explore building safety and quality in construction following the Grenfell Tower inquiry report.
The meeting was attended by over 60 construction industry professionals who heard insights from leading industry figures about developments in error reduction and case study examples of where error reduction has contributed to improved productivity and quality.
Attendees also took part in roundtable discussions to explore how the construction industry can improve error reduction, quality and productivity.
