GIRI at Digital Construction Week

3 Jun 24

John Priestland, chair of GIRI's Technology Working Group, will lead a round table discussion on digitalisation and error reduction in construction at Digital Construction Week on Wednesday 5 June at Excel, London.

The discussion is part of the new Table Talks feature at the two-day exhibition, which offers attendees the chance to join live debates on a variety of topics including AI, people and change, and health and safety.

Taking place at 11.45am on 5 June, the one-hour digitalisation and error reduction round table will bring together quality managers and other relevant individuals from contractors and asset owners alongside founders and leaders from technology companies, including GIRI executive director Cliff Smith.

The objective of the session is to share the opportunities for technology to make a difference in terms of quality and productivity, along with the lessons learnt. The discussion will also cover the barriers to adoption and change, and the importance of the combination of people, process and technology to make the required impact.
