Rebuilding 2021 - a new approach to insurance risk and the use of new technologies.

Construction and insurance experts, Paul Lowe and Chris Doran of Weightmans, will discuss the key legal issues for the construction industry and its insurers so far in 2021 as well as what to look out for in the year ahead. 

Paul has been assisting the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government with implementing the Building Safety Bill and will provide his insights into the legislation's impact on the construction and insurance markets. Chris will discuss recent case law developments and what they mean for managing risk in construction. 

GIRI executive director Cliff Smith will address the adoption of new technologies in the construction market and how they can create a safer and more sustainable industry.
