This event is part of GIRI's third series of discussion forums which focus on issues faced by those working in the post-Covid construction industry. It will examine decision-making levels and how they relate to error within construction.
Nick Francis from GIRI Training & Consultancy will lead the proceedings.
The aim of this session is to:
- Identify how inappropriate decision-making levels lead to error
- Characterise effective decision making
- Assess how the industry can improve its approach to decision making
Attendees will also participate in an interactive workshop to see how these different levels are manifest in the wider construction industry.
Participants may wish to watch our short video on the cost of error before attending.
